Personality: Adelaide Hasting is a curious person. She has ultimate manners and is always polite to everyone. But within Adelaide there is a burning fire, just waiting to be let out. While she is always on her best behavior around others, she lets loose when by herself. She enjoys riding horses, and reading, and painting, and especially writing. But, being a young noblewoman, she is to await marriage, wait to have a child, wait to grow old, then wait to die. That is all there is for one of her stature.  

Appearance: Adelaide is known to many as one of the most desirable women in the land. She is a petite size, only coming up to 5”1, with creamy, pale skin and curious violet eyes. She has ebony black hair which sets off her pale skin and makes it seem even whiter. She has a well-proportioned face, small feet, and long, slender fingers.  

History: Adelaide grew up knowing that she would someday be married. That was all she ever knew. But she couldn’t help wishing she could be something else- you see, Adelaide does not have the power of allomancy, and her parents are overly obsessed with all of their children having this ability. While she is a very desirable person, this fact has made her family ashamed of her. She mostly stayed to herself unless she was in lessons. She excelled in her studies, but afterwards quietly slipped away to be by herself. Now all she needs to do is find a suitor who will have her despite her lack of power, and she will be set for life.
