"No, I do it by myself in the courtyard, when it's not ash falling." Adelaide smiled. "But I enjoy being alone."

Leonie chuckled. "I can understand how you feel perfectly." She said. "Sometimes you just want to get away from it all, and everyone as well." She mused with a shrug. She looked over at Adelaide with a soft smile. "I'm sure you have many expectations to fill. As do I. It's nice to forget about them, if only for a little." A moment of silence fell before Leonie laughed. "Ah, but look at me, being all sentimental and cheesy again. My grandmother would laugh at me."

Adelaide smiled. "No, sentimental is not a bad thing," she replied with a comforting smile. "And I certainly agree with your points."

Leonie smirked at her and chuckled. "It's funny. I think my grandmother is practically adopting you, Adelaide. We've become quite fond of your company." She admitted.

"I enjoy your company as well," she said with a smile. "We should do more things together."

Leonie nodded. "I would very much enjoy that, Adelaide. As I've said, you're very good company." She added with a chuckle. She looked out around them before looking back at Adelaide. "Tell me, how often have you gone out of Luthadel?"

Adelaide smiled. "Not too often. Sometimes Nazeal as I ride out into the countryside, but that is rather rare."

Leonie blinked and looked at Adelaide curiously. "Do you spend much time with your husband?" She asked, tilting her head to the side slightly

"We are spending more and more time together," she replied.

Leonie nodded at that, slightly satisfied. But she still seem unfinished. "Is he busy with house work while he isn't with you? I can understand how that goes." She asked with a chuckle

"Well, house work in the sense that he is working on matters of state," she replied with a nod. "But we do still get to spend time together."

That seemed to satisfy Leonie completely, and her smile turned easy and wide once again. "Ah, that's good. You two should spend time together. I would hate to feel like I'm stealing you from your husband." Leonie said with a chuckle

"Oh, no," she assured her. "If I had a conflict, I would have let you known."

Leonie laughed again and nodded her head. "Good! I would've been aghast to learn that I was keeping you from your new husband." She said. Eventually, they made their way back to the Tekiel keep and more importantly the stables. "My grandmother will probably be curious as to how our trip went." Leonie guessed with a smirk
