Both Tekiel woman looked around in awe. "This is... Amazing! Simple amazing!" Madame Raine said, leaving Leonie's side to wander and look at the paintings. Leonie wander too, silent until she came to stand next a particular painting of a bright plant. She glanced back at Adelaide and beamed approvingly.
"You have a true talent, Adelaide. I've never seen paintings like these before."

Adelaide smiled brightly. "Well, thank you, Leonie. That's very kind of you," she replied, beaming from their compliments.

"What are these beautiful things doing in here?" Madame Raine asked as she looked at Adelaide. "My dear, you should have these hanged about the keep! They're simple marvelous! They'd be the object of jealousy of any noble who entered this household, mark my words!" She said, waggling her finger at Adelaide with a kindly and warm smile. Leonie laughed and nodded in agreement.
"I believe she's right, Adelaide. These are much too beautiful to be hidden. But I can also understand if you wouldn't want them to be hung up." She said

"Well..." she hesitated somewhat, giving a smile. "I think I will hang the scenes up in here eventually. We haven't completely moved in yet- as you know, these things take time."

Leonie nodded. "Of course. I look forward to when you do. It'll make the keep seem even grander." She insisted with a chuckle. Madame Raine laughed as she returned to them, once again taking Leonie's offered arm.
"It's wonderful dear, truly wonderful. What a fib you told!" She scolded playfull. "Not a very good artist my foot!" Leonie chuckled and pat her grandmother on the arm.
"Nana. She was only being humble." Leonie chided gently, smiling. The older woman huffed.
"Well, she shouldn't. These are much better than any other painting I've seen, and she does it just for entertainment!"

Adelaide smiled humbly. "Thank you for your kind words. I do hope you can visit again. I've had such a marvelous time with you both!"

"As have we, dear." Madame Raine said with a side smile. Leonie smiled as well, beaming.
"Yes we have indeed. I'm glad we all got to meet like this, and I thank you for having us over. I'll have to return the favor and invite you to our keep next time." Leonie said. "We would be pleased to have you." Madame Raine chuckled.
"That and since your Onyx and little Leonie's Lizette have proven equal in speed, you two could go hunting together." Leonie raised an eyebrow at her grandmother.
"Nana, that's up to Adelaide. I can't force her to hunt. I don't even know if she'd like it." Leonie said. Her grandmother scoffed.
"She'll never know if she doesn't try. And you've been wanting a hunting partner who could keep up with you. Lord Ruler knows your father certainly can't, and I couldn't even dream of it now." She said with a chuckle. Leonie only shook her head, fighting off a smile in vain as she looked back at Adeliade.
"Nonetheless, it would be an honor to have you over some time in the future."

"I would love to hunt with you," she said. "I've been working at archery as a matter of fact. Goodbye now!" She smiled

Leonie blinked in surprise, but seemed pleased by the information. "Consider it done then. Until next time, Adelaide." She said with a short bow and a nod from her grandmother before the two were off.
(Should we time skip to when Adelaide comes over, or end the thread there?)

Sure!))
A few days had passed before Leonie had sent Adelaide an invitation to the Tekiel keep. When Adelaide finally arrived, a servant was waiting for her patiently to take her inside. "This way, my lady." The servant said.

Adelaide smiled and followed the servant. She was excited about this, visiting with her new friends.

The servant led her inside. It may not have been as big as the Venture keep, but it was still magnificent in its own way. The servant led her through a couple of corridors before they stopped before a set of double doors. The servant knocked, and a familiar voice ushered them in. Leonie was sitting behind a large desk, writing away with a quill. Her face was set in a neutral, focused expression as she finished up whatever paper she was on before looking up. "Lady Adelaide Venture, my lord." The servant said. Leonie blinked before a smile erupted on her face.
"Adelaide! Good to see you!" She said, standing and coming around her desk to met her. She was dressed in much simpler clothes, with black trousers again and a plain white v-cut, buttoned shirt that displayed a small amount of her feminine attributes for once.

She smiled at her. "It's good to see you too, Leonie! Thank you for inviting me."

Leonie' smiled brightened and she chuckled. "Of course! Come, my grandmother is probably in the library." She said, leading Adelaide away and into the corridors again. After a few twists and turns, she was brought to a truly massive library. It was unlike anything. Books seemed to go on forever and the bookcases lining the walls were high enough to require ladders. There was an open spot towards the center of the room where Madame Raine sat reading in a simple silver dress. "Nana! I've brought our guest." Leonie said. Her grandmother looked up and beamed once she saw Adelaide.
"Ah! Hello again my dear! I see you've taken up our invitation! Come come now, please sit and give this old woman some company! Lord Ruler knows I'd love to have it."
