Luthadel

The capital city of the Final Empire and home to the Lord Ruler's palace, Kredik Shaw. With thousands of skaa workers and hundreds of nobles, the city is a crowded place. Everyday, skaa push the fallen ash into the river Channerel, but still the streets are stained black. While the nobles stay in their magnificent, luxurious keeps, the skaa are forced to live in tiny tenements, packed in as tightly as possible. Here, so close to the Lord Ruler, the political games between the nobles are more dangerous than any other city. Underground thieving crews stalk the shadows, ready to rob any noble foolish enough to fall for their schemes.
